Online Account Access
The City of Branson provides many convenient methods for payment of your city utility bill (including water and sewer). Please use the links below to access your Utility Account online. If you are a first time user, you will need to register your account before you begin.

First time users can sign up, or registered users can login now.

The following additional options are available for paying your City utility bill:
  • By phone with Visa or MasterCard at 417-337-8529.
  • By mail to City of Branson:

  • In person at City Hall:

    During normal business hours
  • After hours in the drop boxes at the level one covered parking area or near the building entrance on Maddux Street

Please Note: Payment of utility accounts is the responsibility of the individual or business listed on the account. The due date for your utility payment is printed on the bill. Payments on your account not received by the due date immediately become subject to a late charge and possibly to disconnection. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve you of liability for payment. If you do not receive a bill, contact customer service to determine the status of your account.
