Downtown Paint Striping Starts Tonight

The City of Branson would like to let drivers in downtown Branson know about a paint striping project that will begin tonight, Monday, September 24, 2018, and continue through Friday, September 28 that could impact traffic and travel in the area.

The City of Branson has contracted with K.W. Luetkemeyer Painting to restripe parking stalls and lane line markings in Historic Downtown the week of September 24-28. The work will be done during nighttime hours beginning at 9:00 p.m. and continuing until 6:00 a.m. the following day.  Crews will be removing existing striping and painting new striping and markings on sections of College Street, Pacific Street, and Main Street.

Motorists traveling these sections of road during these hours are encouraged to be aware of signage and work crews in the Work Zone and use alternate routes or expect delays.
