The role of the Human Resources Department is to establish and
implement programs that encompass the full range of employee
services. These services include employee policies, benefits,
training, classification and compensation, and recruitment. The
Human Resources Department is also responsible for the City’s
Risk Management functions.
Mission Statement: The Human Resource Department is
committed to working together, listening, communicating, and
striving for consistency and fairness is its decisions for all
City employees, citizens and visitors of this community.
