8)         Final Reading of Bill No. 2864 authorizing the Mayor to execute an airspace agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.

 

9)         Final Reading of Bill No. 2865 authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Professional Engineering Services agreement with E.T. Archer Corporation pertaining to the design of the proposed one million-gallon Pacific Street water tower and water system improvements.

 

10)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2866 authorizing the mortgaging of certain real estate property in connection with the financing of the Convention Center and related infrastructure improvements; and authorizing and approving certain documents and actions in connection with such authorization.

 

11)       Final Reading of Bill No. 2867 accepting the proposal from Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc. pertaining to improving the Branson 911 Emergency Address System and the development of the Site Address Data Management System Project.

13)       First Reading of Bill No. 2870 approving an agreement between the City of Branson and Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates, Inc. Architects (TVS), pertaining to design and construction of the Convention Center and parking deck portion of the Branson Landing Project.

 

14)       First Reading of Bill No. 2871 approving a ground lease agreement between Empire District Electric Company and the City of Branson.

 

15)       Presentation by HCW regarding wrap-up insurance from Branson Landing Project.
