CONSENT AGENDA:
1) Final Reading of Bill No. 2894 approving zoning of
“C” Commercial for property owned by Dennis and Anita Sheaffer and located at 148 Cypria Lane, Branson,
Missouri.
2) Final Reading
of Bill No. 2895 approving a contract with the City of Hollister,
Missouri for environmental public health
services within the City of Hollister.
3) Final Reading
of Bill No. 2896 accepting the proposal of bid award to Berberich Trahan &
Co., P.A. for auditing services for the City of Branson.
4) Final Reading
of Bill No. 2897 accepting the proposal of bid award between Leo Journagan
Construction Company, Inc. and the City of Branson pertaining to the Copeland Branch
Sewer Project.
REGULAR:
5) Final Reading of Bill No. 2875
approving, designating, and implementing Redevelopment Project I of the Branson
Hills Tax Increment Financing Plan as a Redevelopment Project and adopting tax
increment financing for the area described in the Branson Hills Tax Increment
Financing Plan as Redevelopment Project Area I; authorizing certain actions by
city officials; and containing a severability clause.
6) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2898 adopting a budget for the City of Branson,
Missouri, for
the fiscal year October
1, 2004, through September 30, 2005.
7) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2899 approving zoning of “R-1” Single-Family Residential for property
owned by Timothy and Janet Swope, located at 214 Shady Drive, Branson, Missouri.
8) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2900 approving zoning of “R-1” Single-Family Residential for
properties in the Roark Hills Subdivision, Phase I, Branson, Missouri.
9) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2901 amending the Land Use Regulations for Planned Development
PD-99-007, known as French Quarter, Branson,
Missouri.
10) Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill
No. 2902 amending the Floodplain Management ordinance, to revise the referenced
Flood Study Data to be the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Flood Study.
11) First Reading
of Bill No. 2903 vacating that portion of Cahill Drive, which was proposed for relocation, located in the Streamside
Crossings Subdivision, Branson,
Missouri.
12) First Reading of Bill No. 2904 amending
the Branson Municipal Code, Chapter 415:
Off-Street Parking Regulations, Section 415.010: Parking Spaces, by clarifying
where off-street parking areas can be located.
13) First Reading of Bill No. 2905
authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Professional Engineering
Services Agreement with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc.
pertaining to the Branson Landing Sewer Realignment Project.
14) First Reading of Bill No. 2906 approving
an easement for Right-Of-Way Agreement and authorizing the Mayor to execute
said easement for Right-Of-Way Agreement with Empire District Electric Company
pertaining to the Roark Creek Bridge Project.
15) First Reading of Bill No. 2907 approving
a Temporary Construction Easement Agreement and authorizing the Mayor to
execute said Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with Empire District
Electric Company pertaining to the Roark
Creek Bridge
Project.

Reading of Bill No. 2908 approving an agreement between the City of Branson and Branson Arts
Council.

Reading of Bill No. 2909 approving an agreement between the City of Branson and Christian Action Ministry (CAM).

Reading of Bill No. 2910 approving an agreement between the City of Branson and The Salvation
Army.

19) First Reading of Bill No. 2911 accepting
the proposal of bid award for a contract for transport and marketing of
recyclable materials for the Recycle
Center.
RESOLUTIONS:

Resolution
approving a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for Turtle Crossing, Branson, Missouri.

Resolution
acknowledging the Reimbursement No. 34C, 34R, and 35C to HCW for expenses
incurred on the Branson Landing Project pursuant to the Technical Services
Contract.
