annexing property owned by Scott D. and Susan K. Brown into the City.
8) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2948 approving zoning of “R-1” Single-Family Residential for property
owned by Copelco, L.L.C.
9) Public Hearing and First Reading of
Bill No. 2949 approving zoning of “R-1” Single-Family Residential for property
owned by Jerry D. and Carolyn P. Lilley.
10) Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill
No. 2950 approving zoning of “R-1” Single-Family Residential for property owned
by David R. and Doris J. Woolery.
11) Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill No. 2951 approving zoning of
“R-1” Single-Family Residential for property owned by LMN Corporation.

of Bill No. 2952 approving zoning of “C” Commercial, “R-1”Single-Family

No. 2953 approving a zoning change from “PD” Planned Development to “C”
Commercial for a parcel of land located in PD-97-001, known as Branson
Professional Park, a part of The Cabins at Maple Creek.
14) Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill
No. 2954 amending the Land Use Regulations for Planned Development PD-97-001,
known as The Cabins at Maple Creek.
15) First Reading of Bill No. 2955 approving
an electric power easement to the Empire Electric District Electric Company
pertaining to the Recreation Center property.
16) First Reading of Bill No. 2956 approving
an Intergovernmental Data Sharing agreement with Taney County for digital
geographic data sets for the Geographic Information Systems Program.
17) First Reading of Bill No. 2957
authorizing an amendment to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement
with Rozell Engineering Company pertaining to the Traffic Impact Study for
Branson Hills Parkway and Missouri Highway 248.
18) First Reading of Bill No. 2958 approving
the Comprehensive On-Site Public Infrastructure Development Agreement pursuant
to the First Amended and Restate Redevelopment Contract for the Branson Landing
Tax Increment Financing Plan and Redevelopment Area.

19) First Reading of Bill No. 2959 accepting
the proposal of bid award between SMI-CO Construction, Inc. and the City of
Branson pertaining to the Recreation Center Water Supply Well Project.
20) First Reading of Bill No. 2960 approving
an agreement for microfilming services between Casey Associates, Inc. and the
City of Branson.
