CONSENT AGENDA:

 

 

1)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3043 enacting a Final Subdivision Plat of Branson Landing Convention Center, Branson, Missouri.

 

2)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3044 approving a zoning change from “M-H” Manufactured Housing to “C” Commercial for property located at 201 Silver Street, Branson, Missouri.

 

3)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3045 accepting the bid between Stoddard Equipment Company for the purchase and installation of a fuel system for Fire Station #3 for the City of Branson.

 

4)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3046 accepting the proposal of bid award to Spectrum Resources, Incorporated for Communications Consulting Services for the City of Branson.

 

5)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3047 accepting the proposal of bid award to Quality Ford for the purchase of a cab and chassis with a service body for the City of Branson.

 

6)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3048 accepting the proposal of bid award to Hogan’s Inc. for cleaning and inspecting eight water towers for the City of Branson.

 

7)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3049 accepting the proposal of bid award to Tom Boyce Excavating, Inc. pertaining to the Phase II Convention Center Site Demolition Project.

8)         Presentation of Petition for Annexation of property known as Meadow Brook.

 

9)         Resolution approving a Preliminary Subdivision Plat For Tinker Commercial Corner, Branson, Missouri.

 

10)       Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill No. 3050 enacting a Final Subdivision Plat of Tinker Commercial Corner, located on Highway 248, Branson, Missouri.

 

11)       First Reading of Bill No. 3051 amending the Branson Municipal Code, Chapter 700 Waterworks and Sewage System by adding language requiring Building Code Compliance for projects under construction during the annexation process.

 

12)       First Reading of Bill No. 3052 authorizing the City to enter into a Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission related to the Main Street Improvement Project.

 

13)       First Reading of Bill No. 3053 accepting the proposal for HTE/Sungard Application Service providing hardware and software to assist the City with the administration and enforcement  of our ordinances.

 

 

BID AWARD:

 

14)       First Reading of Bill No. 3054 accepting the proposal of bid award to ATHCO for picnic tables and trash receptacles for the Recreation Center Complex for the City of Branson.

           

RESOLUTIONS:

 

15)       Resolution approving assignment of commercial ground lease from Lodge of the Ozarks, Inc. to the Philip M. Morrell of a portion of city property more commonly known as Old Branson Airport.

 

16)       Resolution supporting the Taney County Board of Commissioners in its effort to ensure the continued operation of the College of the Ozarks Airport.

 

17)       Resolution authorizing the preparation, use and public distribution by the Missouri Development Finance Board of a Preliminary Official Statement in connection with the Missouri Development Finance Board’s Infrastructure Facilities Revenue Bonds.
