29) First Reading of Bill No. 3099 authorizing the opening of a public road and declaring the public necessity therefore and authorizing the filing of a condemnation action.

BID AWARD:

33) First Reading of Bill No. 3103 accepting the proposal of bid award between Leher Painting Enterprises, Inc. and the City of Branson pertaining to the Water Tower Painting, Washing and Repair Modifications Project.

RESOLUTIONS:

34) Resolution of intent to participate in a Natural Hazard Mitigation Program to be eligible for Post-Disaster Mitigation Funds.

35) Resolution changing the street addresses of property currently located at 255 Neihardt Avenue through 285 Neihardt Avenue.

36) Resolution authorizing establishment of accounts in financial institutions, designating the City Personnel who can approve the establishment of those accounts, and sign for the City of Branson on those accounts.
