No. 3098 amending the Land Use Regulations for Planned Development PD-99-007,

authorizing the opening of a public road and declaring the public necessity
therefore and authorizing the filing of a condemnation action.

a change order with Smi-Co Construction, Inc. pertaining to the Recreation
Center Water Supply Well Project.

Title III of the Branson Municipal Code, Traffic Code, Chapter 340 Miscellaneous
Driving Rules by adding a new Section 340.270 to prohibit the operation of

RESOLUTIONS:
34) Resolution of intent to participate in a
Natural Hazard Mitigation Program to be eligible for Post-Disaster Mitigation
Funds.

Resolution
changing the street addresses of property currently located at 255 Neihardt Avenue
through 285 Neihardt Avenue.
36)
Resolution
authorizing establishment of accounts in financial institutions, designating
the City Personnel who can approve the establishment of those accounts, and
sign for the City of Branson on those accounts.
