1)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3124 vacating a portion of Cahill Road, located in the Streamside Crossing Subdivision. 

 

2)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3125 amending Chapter 70 of the Branson Municipal Code, Signs, by clarifying the prohibition on flashing, high intensity signs, and by allowing the use of certain types of lights on commercial properties, having a legal special use permit for amusement parlors, commercial recreation, or theaters.

 

3)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3127 approving an agreement between the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Branson to approve renewal for a third year term.

 

4)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3128 approving the domain name license agreement between the Chamber of Commerce and the City of Branson.

 

5)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3129 approving an agreement with the Taney County Health Department, providing for the City of Branson Health Department to perform Environmental Health and Child Care inspections.

 

6)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3130 approving release of property from a certain deed of trust.

 

7)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3131 for the purpose of acknowledging and affirming the levy of property tax for general revenue in the City of Branson as certified by the State of Missouri.

28)       First Reading of Bill No. 3151 executing a second amendment to the Public Transit Planning Grant Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.

 

29)       First Reading of Bill No. 3152 exercising power of eminent domain for the Branson Public School District pertaining to a public roadway project.

 

30)       First Reading of Bill No. 3153 authorizing the filing of a condemnation action across certain properties for a sewerline to Majestic Point.

 

31)       First Reading of Bill No. 3154 calling election and establishing February 7, 2006 as the date of election for involuntary annexation of certain territory
