25)       First Reading of Bill No. 3126 amending Chapter 70 of the Branson Municipal Code, Signs,   by amending description of sign overlay zone two.

 

26)       First Reading of Bill No. 3156 authorizing an agreement with Heideman Associates, Inc. for engineering design services.

 

27)       First Reading of Bill No. 3157 amending Section 62-11 of the Branson Municipal Code to increase certain park user fees.

 

28)       First Reading of Bill No. 3158 amending Sections 90-41 and 90-42 of the Branson Municipal Code to eliminate winter sewer and water rates for commercial customers.

 

 

BID AWARDS:

 

29)       First Reading of Bill No. 3159 accepting the proposal of bid award to Kenco Fire Equipment Incorporated for the purchase of breathing apparatus and related equipment.

 

RESOLUTIONS:

 

30)       A resolution reviewing and approving the renewal of the contract between the Downtown Branson Main Street Association, Inc. (DBMA) and the City of Branson.

 

31)       A resolution indicating the support of the City of Branson for the development of affordable rental housing by Country Ridge Apartments, LLC.
