2)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3156 authorizing an agreement with Heideman Associates, Inc. for engineering design services.

 

3)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3157 amending Section 62-11 of the Branson Municipal Code to increase certain park user fees.

 

4)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3158 amending Section 90-41 and 90-42 of the Branson Municipal Code, to eliminate winter sewer and water rates for commercial customers.

 

5)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3159 accepting the proposal of bid award to Kenco Fire Equipment Incorporated for the purchase of breathing apparatus and related equipment.

6)         Status Report on Branson Landing and Convention Center Projects as required by contract.

 

 

7)         Presentation of petition to annex property owned by XYZ Development Company, Inc. located on Schaefer Drive, Branson, Missouri.

 

8)         Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill No. 3160 approving a change in zoning from “C” Commercial to “PD” Planned Development and adopting Land Use Regulations for PD-2005-005 for property to be known as the Links at Thousand Hills.

 

9)         First Reading of Bill No. 3161 authorizing the opening of a public road and declaring the public necessity therefore and authorizing the filing of a condemnation action.

 

10)       First Reading of Bill No. 3162 to enter into a cost participation agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission pertaining to the Route 65 and Route 248 interchange.

 

11)       First Reading of Bill No. 3163 accepting the proposal of local artist Michael London for the royalty-free license and use of his unique artwork titled “Branson’s Famous 76 Highway”.

 

BID AWARDS:

 

12)       First Reading of Bill No. 3164 accepting the proposal of bid award for the refurbishing of the Police Department’s Special Operations vehicle.

 

13)       First Reading of Bill No. 3165 accepting the proposal of bid award for activated carbon.

 

 

RESOLUTIONS:

 

14)       A Resolution approving a preliminary subdivision plat for Country Ridge Estates.

 

15)       A Resolution approving a preliminary subdivision plat for Branson Meadows Craft Mill.

 

16)       A Resolution authorizing disposition of surplus property.
