2) Final Reading of Bill No. 3256 approving “C” Commercial Zoning for property known as Bluebird Mountain located at the southeast corner of State Highway 376 and State Highway 265.

3) Final Reading of Bill No. 3257 approving “PD” Planned Development Zoning for property located at 1810 Pointe Royale Drive.

4) Final Reading of Bill No. 3258 approving “PD” Planned Development Zoning for property located adjacent to Branson Hills, referred to as the Cedarview Addition.

5) Final Reading of Bill No. 3259 approving “PD” Planned Development Zoning for property located adjacent to Branson Hills, referred to as the Garippo Addition.

11) Final Reading of Bill No. 3265 amending the Branson Municipal Code, Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverages, Article II, Licenses, Section 10-31, by adding a wine manufacturers license.

REGULAR:

12) Status Report on Branson Landing and Convention Center Projects as required by contract.

13) First Reading of Bill No. 3266 dedicating Branson Landing Boulevard as a public street right- of-way.

BID AWARDS:

14) First Reading of Bill No. 3267 accepting the proposal of bid award from Logic Inc. to upgrade software for the Lift Station Radio/Computer Monitoring and Control System for Public Works.

15) First Reading of Bill No. 3268 accepting the proposal of bid award from Wickman’s Gardens for an irrigation system used at the Branson RecPlex.

16) First Reading of Bill No. 3269 accepting the proposal of bid award from Missouri Electric Motors and Controls LLC to provide materials and installation for four variable frequency drives and related equipment for lower Fall Creek Wastewater Lift Stations 17 and 21.

RESOLUTIONS:

17) A Resolution for the appointment of a Representative to the Southwest Missouri Solid Waste Management District “N” Executive Board.

18) Public Hearing and Resolution approving a modification to a plan of operation for a public transit system.
