CONSENT AGENDA:

 

1)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3272 approving “C” Commercial Zoning for property to be  known as Heather Brooke Heights.

 

2)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3273 amending Appendix A, Chapter 410 of the Branson Municipal Code, Section 410.050(D)(4), amending the lot size requirements for “D” Downtown Zoning District.

 

3)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3274 amending Appendix A, Chapter 400 of the Branson Municipal Code, Section 400.040, amending the definition of “Building Line”.

 

4)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3275 amending the Branson Municipal Code Chapter 86 – Traffic  and Vehicles, Article X – Schedules: Stop Signs by the addition of specified stop signs.

 

5)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3276 authorizing a sanitary sewer line across certain property and declaring the public necessity therefore and of condemning the property rights of the owners, and authorizing the filing of a condemnation action.

 

6)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3278 accepting the proposal of bid award asphaltic overlays on various city streets.

 

 

REGULAR:

 

7)         First Reading of Bill No. 3279 amending the International Residential Code, Table R301.2(1), Climatic and Geographic Design Criteria.

 

 

8)         First Reading of Bill No. 3280 approving the temporary placement of a manufactured building to be located on property located at Highway 265 and Vinyards Parkway.

 

9)         First Reading of Bill No. 3281 approving a permanent public access easement for the purposes of ingress and egress.

 

 

BID AWARDS:

 

10)       First Reading of Bill No. 3282 accepting the proposal of bid award for construction of curb and gutters along various streets in Branson.  

 

11)       First Reading of Bill No. 3283 accepting the proposal of bid award for installation of tile and carpet.
