CONSENT AGENDA:

 

1)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3402 amending the 2006-07 budget for the City of Branson.

 

2)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3403 authorizing proposals to be taken on the sale of a parcel of land located at 3820 Green Mountain Drive.

 

3)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3404 accepting the proposal of bid award to Missouri Electric Motors and Controls pertaining to the Cooper Creek Variable Frequency Drive Project for the City of Branson.

 

4)         Final Reading of Bill No. 3405 accepting the proposal of bid award to the Middleton Group/Memco, Hillyard Floor Care, Corporate Express, Acuity Specialty Products Group, Inc. dba Zep Manufacturing, Fastenal Company, Calico Industries, Inc. and Interboro Packaging Corporation for the janitorial supplies used in the parks, campgrounds and City facilities for the City of Branson.  

 

 

REGULAR:

 

5)         Report on the Branson Landing Convention Center construction schedule by a representative of Turner Construction.

 

6)         Presentation of the first Quarterly Progress Report for 2007 by Ross Summers of the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, as required by contract.

 

7)         Presentation by the Downtown Branson Main Street Association (DBMA) on the Downtown Revitalization Plan and DBMA’s functions.

 

8)         Discussion of the ordinance governing Board of Aldermen minutes.

 

9)         Public Hearing and First Reading of Bill No. 3406 annexing  property petitioned by Branson Northgate, LLC property located at 648 Sunrise Drive.

 

10)       First Reading of Bill No. 3407 amending the Branson Municipal Code Chapter 46, Health and Sanitation, Section 46-61, Fee Schedule; Section 46-371, Definitions; and Section 46-373, Permit Required for Commercial Animal Establishments and Animal Shelters, by providing for Temporary Animal Adoption Events and waiver of fees for qualified releasing agencies.  

 

 

RESOLUTIONS:

 

11)       A Resolution approving an application for Tourism Tax Contingency Funds.
