Community Emergency Communications
Powered by Everbridge
The city of Branson has instituted the BransonALERTS Emergency Notification System, which is an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency and non-emergency community notifications. This system allows us to telephone the entire Branson community or targeted areas of the city in case of an emergency situation or city notification that requires immediate action (such as weather warnings, missing child or evacuation notices, or utility outages). The system is capable of dialing an estimated 50,000 phone numbers per hour. It then delivers a text-to-speech or a recorded message to a live person, an answering machine, text message or e-mail.
YOU MUST BE A BRANSON RESIDENT OR BUSINESS TO PARTICIPATE.

Examples of times when the BransonALERTS system could be utilized: Severe weather, utility outage, evacuation notice & route, missing person, fires or floods, bomb threat, hostage situation, chemical or sewage spills, and other emergency incidents where rapid accurate notification is essential for life safety.
